To educate XPONENTIAL attendees around solutions within the industry, we are offering solution providers the Enterprise & Government Solutions series to connect with solution seekers. This avenue is both educational and promotional, with a heavy emphasis placed on learning. The audience will anticipate the presentation of a solution but will also gain much needed insight into the diagnostic process.

Sandbox

The Sandbox is a space for problem-solving and exploration for industry leaders, researchers, and academic institutions.


Sandbox sessions should use the XPO community to problem-solve, collaborate, ideate and seek solutions in the field of autonomous systems.

STEM Programming

20–30 minute presentations to student and education audience


Student focused sessions (ages 12-18) should feature hands-on learning, demonstrations, discussions or training on drone safety, use-cases for drones and robotics, skills development, education and career-oriented presentations.

Presentation Format*

This brief summary (200-word max) will be used as the description for the conference program if you are selected to present. Note, AUVSI reserves the right to edit and update presentation summaries at their discretion.

Please provide a 4,000 character or less description of the content you would plan to present at XPONENTIAL. The description will be used by the XPONENTIAL Proposal Review Team and AUVSI staff to make presenter selections for the conference.


In your presentation abstract, be sure to address the following elements that will be used to score all submissions:


Topic/research proposed is innovative and pertinent to current or upcoming industry interests/needs

  • Topic/research highlights significant new accomplishments for the industry
  • The overall topic proposed relates to the theme of "blueprint for autonomy"
  • The proposal would bring value across multiple markets
  • The proposal would bring value across domains (air, ground and/or maritime)

Please share a logistical overview of your proposed workshop session, outlining how you will engage the audience (demonstration, breakout tables, hands-on learning, etc.)

Outline how you will use the 90-minute time allotment

XPONENTIAL Speaker Agreement

By checking the box below, you agree to the speaker terms and conditions for XPONENTIAL 2023. All speakers must complete this agreement to participate in the program.

XPONENTIAL 2023 ("Event") is a trade event which is co-produced by PFM Events, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("PFM") and its alliance partner Messe Düsseldorf North America, Inc. d/b/a Messe Düsseldorf North America ("MDNA"). PFM is a Wholly Owned Entity of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International d/b/a the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (“AUVSI”). Its purpose is to exchange and disseminate information about markets, business opportunities, technological development, research, innovation, applications, education, policies, and other relevant areas, in order to promote and advance the safe, productive, and economically beneficial use of uncrewed vehicle systems. Exhibitors may be businesses, individuals, government agencies, academic institutions and other entities that work toward these purposes.


Event Management" means PFM, MDNA, AUVSI, and their respective owners, officers, directors, members, agents, affiliates, representatives, employees, successors, and assigns.


If selected, through my participation as a program presenter at the Event, I agree to abide by the terms of this Speaker Agreement.


If presentation is delivered at the Event, I will not engage in any type of promotional marketing or selling of any product or service, unless approved by Event Management. I will not disparage Event Management in any way in connection with my participation as a program presenter at the Event.


If presentation is delivered at the Event, I grant to Event Management a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and distribute in print, electronically, online, or in any other format, now or hereafter existing, my presentation (including all handouts, digital slide presentations, and all written and electronic materials provided in connection with the presentation) in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, with appropriate attribution to me. Further, I grant Event Management permission to use, reproduce and distribute a summary of my presentation, with appropriate attribution. I understand that this license does not change the fact that I retain copyright ownership of my presentation and does not prohibit me from using my presentation in any way or from allowing others to use it.


I warrant and represent, to the best of my knowledge, that my presentation does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, and privacy rights), is factually accurate, and contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful, and that I have the full authority to enter into this agreement and have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my presentation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Management, its affiliates and sublicensees, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all breaches of these representations and warranties.


I authorize Event Management to use my name, photograph, and biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of the program.
