If selected, through my participation as a program presenter at the Event, I agree to abide by the terms of this Speaker Agreement.

If presentation is delivered at the Event, I will not engage in any type of promotional marketing or selling of any product or service, unless approved by Event Management. I will not disparage Event Management in any way in connection with my participation as a program presenter at the Event.

If presentation is delivered at the Event, I grant to Event Management a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and distribute in print, electronically, online, or in any other format, now or hereafter existing, my presentation (including all handouts, digital slide presentations, and all written and electronic materials provided in connection with the presentation) in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, with appropriate attribution to me. Further, I grant Event Management permission to use, reproduce and distribute a summary of my presentation, with appropriate attribution. I understand that this license does not change the fact that I retain copyright ownership of my presentation and does not prohibit me from using my presentation in any way or from allowing others to use it.

I warrant and represent, to the best of my knowledge, that my presentation does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, and privacy rights), is factually accurate, and contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful, and that I have the full authority to enter into this agreement and have obtained all necessary permissions or licenses from any individuals or organizations whose material is included or used in my presentation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Management, its affiliates and sublicensees, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all breaches of these representations and warranties.

I authorize Event Management to use my name, photograph, and biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of the program.
