Oregon Centralized Application (ORCA) Intake Form
This form includes a general overview of the project vision and the partners involved. This includes a preliminary site assessment, early project-specific questions, population served, an initial estimate of resource needs and timing, and pre-development funding needs and eligibility.
The goals of the Intake Form are to:
- Serve as the starting location of affordable rental housing funding requests.
- Provide OHCS with early project information to assess project readiness and the best fit for available resources and anticipated needs.
- Guide projects into the next phase of the application process.
Submitting an Intake Form may occur as early as the initial concept stage of a project. It is intended for organizations that are seriously considering a project and may have already incurred some due diligence expenditures and also includes projects that are ready to apply for funding.
All projects must complete the Intake Form to proceed to the next step of the application process. Projects in the Intake step will provide OHCS with quarterly updates on progress.
For your convenience, this orientation video walks you through the Intake Form.
