This PuSH Seller's Tax Credit application is to be completed by the prospective purchaser of the property. Once submitted, OHCS staff will review and a response can be expected within 30 days.

Note: The tax credit award is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price or appraisal value, whichever is lower.

Multiply the final sales price or appraisal value (whichever is lower) by 2.5% if the seller has owned the property for 5-10 years OR by 5% if the seller has owned the property for 10 years or more.
