ISGC Summer 2025 Internship Application

The NASA Idaho Space Grant Consortium (ISGC) is offering stipends for summer internships and/or research experiences focused on science, technology, engineering, math, or space/aerospace projects in Idaho during Summer 2025. The number of internships awarded will depend on the number of applications received.


Students at the following institutions are eligible to apply:

•    Boise State University

•    Brigham Young University-Idaho

•    College of Eastern Idaho

•    College of Southern Idaho

•    College of Western Idaho

•    Idaho State University

•    Lewis-Clark State College

•    North Idaho College

•    Northwest Nazarene University

•    The College of Idaho

•    University of Idaho


The maximum amount of funding per student is $8,200 (Undergraduate) and $9,900 (Graduate) for a full-time internship equivalent to 400 hours. Smaller amounts for shorter internships are also available and will be allocated on a case-by-case basis. You must be a US Citizen to apply.


Applications need to be completed by March 7th. In addition to the student application, the mentor for the internship/research experience needs to submit a form confirming the opportunity along with a recommendation letter.

Please be sure to send this link to your mentor. The mentor form (along with letters of recommendation) must be submitted by March 7th.


In order for your ISGC Internship application to be complete, you must fill out this form (all required questions are marked with an asterisk). Please note that once you leave this application, you will not be able to open it back up to make changes. With that in mind, we strongly recommend that you have the following prepared before starting the application:
