Septic Inspection, Pumping, and Minor Repair - we offer reimbursement up to $130 for septic inspections and up to $1000 for pumping and/or minor repair.

For larger repairs or septic replacements, please contact us to learn more about funding options.

If paying out of pocket for maintenance is a barrier, we offer payments directly to your contractor instead of reimbursing you. However, not all contractors accept direct payments. Check with your contractor and let us know ASAP if you would like to use this option. You must submit this form within 7 days of the invoice date to be approved for direct payment.
