AAEM Recertification Submission Form
Please utilize this form to submit your renewal certification packets. Ensure you send a copy to yourself at the end of the form. You will receive email updates from the SmartSheet system as to where your certification review is in the process.
The AAEM Certification Committee utilize the Certification Program Rules and Regulations when reviewing applications. Incomplete or improper submission of this application will result in a denial of certification. Questions, comments, and appeals can be sent in writing/email to certification@aaem.us.
