AAEM Recertification Submission Form

Please utilize this form to submit your renewal certification packets. Ensure you send a copy to yourself at the end of the form. You will receive email updates from the SmartSheet system as to where your certification review is in the process.


If you were attempting to submit your initial certification or obtain a new, higher-level certification, that form can be accessed through this link.


The AAEM Certification Committee utilize the Certification Program Rules and Regulations when reviewing applications. Incomplete or improper submission of this application will result in a denial of certification. Questions, comments, and appeals can be sent in writing/email to certification@aaem.us. Certification packets must include the Certification Workbook and all supporting documents, in the format detailed below, to be considered complete. Failure to submit the following information as requested will result in a request to resubmit.


Upload your documentation in the following SEPARATE file sections/titles.


Example: All the certificates you have for Renewal Training Certs should be combined into one large single PDF file; that file should be saved as "Renewal Training Certs" (i.e. save them with the titles highlighted/listed below) then uploaded here:


1) Certification Workbook -filled out completely per the instructions on the certification level sought
