GAPSA & IDEAL Council Transfer Request Form


***The deadline to submit payment requests for the 2024-25 fiscal year (Jul 2024-June 2025) has passed.***


NO NEW PAYMENT REQUESTS ARE CURRENTLY BEING PROCESSED.

Requests submitted after May 15 will be processed after June 15 and will post to FY25-26 budgets.


The deadline to submit new transfer/payment requests is May 15. All new requests should be submitted by this date to ensure processing can be completed by June 1. The final deadline for processing spring 2025 requests is June 1. No requests will be accepted or processed June 2-30.

This form is for GAPSA E9 and GAPSA IDEAL Council member organization leaders to submit funding transfer requests that are not associated with specific events or purchases.


This form should ONLY be used to authorize the transfer funds FROM your organization to another group or entity on campus. Requests to transfer funds TO your group should be submitted through the payment request form below.


Requests for individual student grants should use the 2024-25 Individual Graduate Grant Reimbursement Request Form.


Requests for all other transfers and payments should use the 2024-25 Graduate Payment Request Form
