Please complete this form for any activity which necessitates inclusion on the ABHMS company-wide calendar. Please ensure your activity meets the following criteria for inclusion prior to submitting:


  • ABHMS-sponsored internal and external event where multiple staff support and/or attend
  • Non events which require a significant number of staff participation
  • Activities which involve cross-company collaboration (e.g. GTF, LT, etc.)
  • National denominational events
  • Regional annual meetings
  • Non-ABHMS LAMB sponsored events
  • Unit Activity (Where entire unit is unavailable)
  • ABHMS deadline for external constituents (e.g. LET application window, grant submission deadlines, etc.)
  • Staff speaking engagement
