Briefly describe your main goal for this promotion, such as: to drive more requests, Read Now access (for a limited-time or quantity), to announce a new series/author/imprint, to accrue Wishes, to generate Pre-Orders or direct sales (for instance, a Buy Now CTA for on-sale date, or a backlist push), etc. Feel free to indicate "details TK" if you are booking well in advance.

$1,400 USD minimum price, to reach up to 15,000 highly engaged US members. Price increases dependent on size of target list (see pricing tiers in dropdown). We work closely with you to confirm the best recipient list to match your goals for this particular promotion. You won't be invoiced until we confirm the target list and final cost with you. If you need very specific targeting that results in a list less than 15k, we'll work out custom pricing with you.

Note: There is a small additional fee to include more than 5 books. For 6-9 titles = $150 USD fee; 10-12 titles = $250 USD fee; 13-15 titles = $350 USD fee. We will confirm/adjust this with you as needed during the confirmation process.

Please let us know when and how long you would like the book to be Read Now, and we'll schedule the Availability on our end so you don't have to do anything! Books can be Read Now for a limited time (e.g. Read Now for 5 days) or limited quantity (e.g. Read Now for the first 200 members).


Limited time/quantity Read Now promotions are finalized at NetGalley's discretion, subject to availability, targeting preferences, and site traffic patterns.

Most US eBlasts are targeted by category and member type. Targeting may also include a custom list (such as comp title activity)—please include your preferences here. Please keep in mind that comps provided may not be in NetGalley, have enough activity, or could be out of Region. We will confirm the target list and price with you directly.


Note: since NetGalley does not collect member age, ethnicity, or gender, we are unable to target those demographics.

Deadlines: Materials are due 5 business days prior to eBlast send date. Materials due include: eBlast design, Subject Line, as well as Active title record on NetGalley (including book cover and files). If deadline is missed, eBlast will need to be rescheduled to a later date (subject to availability) and will be subject to a $350 USD rescheduling fee.


Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your promotion to a later date, please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the send date otherwise you will be subject to a last-minute rescheduling fee of $350 USD.


Cancellations: If you need to cancel your promotion, you must notify us at least 10 business days before the confirmed eBlast send date, or before materials are provided (and eBlast draft process begins)—whichever comes first, otherwise you will be subject to a last-minute cancellation fee of $700 USD.


Additional Terms & Conditions: Promotions are offered and finalized at the sole and absolute discretion of NetGalley; placement is not guaranteed and NetGalley may accept or reject any request to participate in the promotion in NetGalley’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event your request is accepted and you participate in the promotion, NetGalley does not make any promise or guarantee with respect to the generation of any sales, revenue, profits or any other results or outcome from the promotion. Any prior results do not guarantee the same or a similar outcome or any particular results.
