- Has not been declared bankrupt or convicted of an offence involving dishonesty.
- Minimum 1 year membership and experience in a Strata Support Role (Letter from employer with details of your experience may be required)
- Completion of the A100 introductory Course
- 4 Core Units of Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (Upload proof to supporting documents)
- Achieved 12 CPD points over the past 12 months
- National Police check on application
- To be eligible for renewal, Accredited members are required to
* Collect 24 CPD points in 24 months with 2 hours of compulsory and 2 hours of best practice. A minimum of 6 SCA points per annum must be achieved.
* National Police Check provided every 3 years
