SCA Accredited Strata Community Manager (ASCM) Accreditation Application

This is the first level of Accreditation for Strata Managers in Strata Management Companies. Eligibility Criteria

- Must be employed by a corporate member - Must abide by your state Code of Conduct NSW https://nsw.strata.community/professional-standards-scheme/ QLD https://www.qld.strata.community/qld-code-of-conduct VIC https://www.vic.strata.community/vic-code-of-conduct WA, ACT, SA, NT, TAS, NZ https://www.strata.community/code-of-conduct - Has not been declared bankrupt or convicted of an offence involving dishonesty. - Minimum 1 year membership and 2 years experience in managing Strata Communities (A letter from employer with details of your experience may be required) - Completion of the A100 introductory Course - 4 Core Units of Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (Upload proof to supporting documents) - Achieved 12 CPD points over the past 12 months - National Police check on application - Current Professional Indemnity Insurance - To be eligible for renewal, Accredited members are required to * Collect 24 CPD points in 24 months with 2 hours of compulsory and 2 hours of best practice. A minimum of 6 SCA points per annum must be achieved. * National Police Check provided every 3 years
