RBIS Certified Trainers who are ready to redeliver the RBIS training to LEAs must submit this planning form with the predicted date, times, location and facilitator of all four RBIS sessions by 7/25/25.

RBIS LEA Redelivery Attendance Report

All RBIS redeliveries to LEAs must report the attendance percentage of the leadership team and committee for every RBIS (1-4). This form should be completed AFTER RBIS redelivery.
