The Oklahoma Department of Corrections complies with the Oklahoma Open Records Act found at Title 51 O.S. §§24A.1 et seq. ODOC records are available for public inspection and copying, except for records that are designated as confidential under state or federal law.

Requests may be subject to fees for the costs of record searches and copies in accordance with the fee schedule.

• $0.25 per page will be charged for each letter/legal document copied or faxed.
• Medical fees
• $10 search fee.
• $0.30 per page with a $200 cap.
• $10 data pull requests.
• Copies provided on CD or DVD are $5 per disc.
• Payment in advance may be required.
• $25 per hour fee for commercial requests or those that cause excessive disruption of office functions (ODOC defines an “excessive disruption” request as one that requires more than two hours of actual employee time to compile).
