- Has not been declared bankrupt or convicted of an offence involving dishonesty.
- Minimum 2 years of membership and experience in an operational or support role (A letter from employer with details of your experience may be required)
- Completion of the A100 introductory Course (or Assessment Only due to completion of the Cert IV in SCM)
- Certificate IV in Property Services Operations or Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (Upload to supporting documents). Should you have an equivalent Cert IV level qualification, this will be subject to a case-by-case assessment by SCA PSMBAG.
- Achieved 24 CPD points over the past 24 months
- National Police check on application
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
- To be eligible for renewal, Certified members are required to
* Collect 24 CPD points in 24 months with 2 hours of compulsory and 2 hours of best practice. A minimum of 6 SCA points per annum must be achieved.
* National Police Check provided every 3 years
