- Must be employed by a corporate member
- Must abide by your state Code of Conduct

- Has not been declared bankrupt or convicted of an offence involving dishonesty.
- Minimum 2 years of membership and experience in managing Strata Communities (A letter from employer with details of your experience may be required)
- Certificate IV in Strata Community Management or Certificate IV in Property Services Operations (Upload to supporting documents).
Should you have an equivalent Cert IV level qualification or higher, this will be subject to a case-by-case assessment by SCA PSMBAG.
- Achieved 24 CPD points over the past 24 months
- National Police check on application
- To be eligible for renewal, Certified members are required to
* Collect 24 CPD points in 24 months with 2 hours of compulsory and 2 hours of best practice. A minimum of 6 SCA points per annum must be achieved.
* National Police Check provided every 3 years
