If New Licensee is a current Sage customer and has an existing maintenance and (“Service Plan”), New Licensee understands and agrees that this license transfer may be subject to a supplemental service plan fee. This fee represents the incremental and prorated cost to add the transferred Software/Use(s) to New Licensee’s existing Service Plan. The fee is calculated based upon the retail value of the software being transferred, the type of Service Plan Assignee currently has and the number of days remaining (a grace period may apply) between now and New Licensee’s Service Plan expiration date. Payment for the supplemental service plan fee must be received prior to Sage finalizing the license transfer.
If New Licensee is not a current Sage customer or does not have an existing Sage Service Plan, New Licensee understands and agrees that as a condition of Sage granting the license transfer, New Licensee will have to purchase a Service Plan for the products and pay any applicable reinstatement fee. Payment for the Service Plan, and any applicable reinstatement fees, must be received prior to Sage finalizing the license transfer.
The New Licensee acknowledges a Sage representative may contact the New Licensee to obtain current account information, including but not limited to, a current credit card, before Sage grants this license transfer request. Please ensure to provide correct contact information to allow for a Sage representative to contact you for account information.
