Sage 50 & Timeslips Company Name Change Request Form

Sage 50 subscriptions are not transferrable. If the company has been acquired, the customer must cancel their existing subscription.

The customer will then need to work with their Sales Account Manager to place an order with a new agreement/subscription plan under the new company name.

Sage does not permit customers to transfer their Sage 50 license to another company or person but will permit account name changes where a customer’s legal name has changed (without an ownership change). For example, if your company has converted from a corporation to a limited liability company and has changed its corporate name designation from “Inc.” to “LLC” then we will process that name change when the appropriate documentation has been provided through this form and Sage has approved it. The account name change will be permanent (unless and until this form and process is completed for a subsequent name change).
