Morrison YMCA: Room Rental Inquiry Form
A completed inquiry form is required for consideration to reserve the Morrison Family YMCA at Ballantyne: Thompson Family Community Room. By filling out this form, it does not guarantee your room rental will be approved.
Rental inquiry forms must be submitted a minimum of one week prior to the date of your rental request. You will be contacted within 48 hours of submitting the completed form.
There is a fee of $150 to rent the Thompson Family Community Room for a 2 hour time block. If approved, a $50 deposit is required. Payment is due in full on the rental date with our Member Service Staff. You can pay by credit, check (made payable to the Morrison Family YMCA) or cash.
The kitchen (including appliances and supplies) is not included in the rental of the Thompson Family Community room.
