MPHA Vendors Direct Deposit Enrollment
The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority will begin using direct deposit to pay vendors. Payments will go directly into the vendor’s bank account and vendors will receive an email notifying them that a deposit has been made.

By entering your name in the box below you are electronically signing this form and agreeing to the following: I authorize the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority to initiate deposits into my checking/savings account, and, if necessary, debit entries and adjustments for erroneous deposits. This authorization will remain in effect until I notify the Housing Authority in writing to cancel it.
