Service Record Request

If you resigned or retired, your service record will be available after you receive your final paycheck. Service records for employees that resigned at the end of the current school year will be available in August. If you resigned four or more years ago, your request might be delayed up to 30 days as we must retrieve your records from the Records Center.


Terminated employees may update their address by completing the address change form HERE.
