Event Scheduling and Promotion Form
This form is for purposes of calendaring and scheduling Chase events and promoting them in Chase Postings and on the digital boards. It also serves as the Student Organization Event Application and is submitted to Dean Crabbe for approval. Not all fields may apply to your request. Fields with an * are required.
If you are requesting an event with a guest speaker, you must complete the Guest Speaker Approval Request online and await approval for your guest speaker event BEFORE confirming with the speaker and submitting this form.
AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED FORM:
If this submission is an amendment to a previously submitted form (i.e. adding a poster, etc.), fill in the contact person's information and the title of the event, check that this is an AMENDED SUBMISSION and upload/change the form with the new information.

Did you check the Chase Calendar (chaselaw.nku.edu) to see if that date is available? Cannot conflict with administration events (i.e. Career Development Office) but can conflict with other student organization events.

Complete the form with any marketing, speakers, or food requests for your event.

Please return any unused drinks because we have a very limited supply this year and you will need to start purchasing drinks at some point (hopefully later rather than sooner).

DAY OF EVENT: Pick up box for your event from the reception desk in suite 540 (end of hall on 5th floor). This box will contain everything you need to prepare your room for the event, including a tablecloth, parking validations for speaker, gift bags, etc. Review the instruction sheet in the box before beginning your event.

5:00 p.m. Wednesday of each week is the deadline for requesting advertising for events. The Postings are often preset to run on Friday and cannot be altered after Wednesday.

Digital Boards Poster
If you have a poster design or images to be included on a poster, upload them in the next field. Posters for the digital signs in Nunn Hall need to be created in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word or Adobe. Files must be in editable format (no PDFs) and 8 1/2 x 11 portrait orientation.
