Arrow Uniforms will credit, refund, or exchange eligible garments within 7 days, and sample orders, within 14 days of invoice.

Exceptions to our Returns Policy:

Items are non-returnable once worn, or if the packaging/tags have been removed.

Altered, Branded, or Bespoke garments cannot be returned/exchanged unless under contract.
Clearance & Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Shoes cannot be returned/exchanged
Cherokee products cannot be returned/exchanged
Simon Jersey products cannot be returned/exchanged
