How many exhibitor badges will you require?
Exhibitors can have up to 6 staff sign-in at the exhibitor on-site check-in desk located on level 200. If more staff is required, please contact Show Management in advance.

Booth Set-Up Description

NOTE: rigging banners above your booth requires Show Management approval and can only be hung by ShowTech, exclusive rigging supplier for the MTCC at the exhibitor's expense.

NOTE: Electricity is at the expense of the exhibitor and should be ordered through ShowTech, the EXCLUSIVE supplier for electricity at the MTCC.
Would you like to book a lead retrieval system to capture the leads that come through your booth?
A form is available in the Exhibitor Resource Centre to order lead retrieval for your booth.
If you need to use the overhead drive in the access bay for move-in, what time are you able to move in on Tuesday March 28?
NOTE: Based on the intricate set-up, move in schedule will be assigned in phases based on the location of your booth. Move-in schedule will be released mid-March.
