This form should be used to order Call Recording functionality for bluArc customers.
For end customers, this can be found on the Monthly bluArc Bill.
This is the maximum number of extensions that the customer would like to have enabled for Call Recording at any one time. - Additional recording eligible extensions can be purchased as needed.
This is the number of days the customer would like to have their recordings kept on bluArc's Call Recorder system, before they are automatically deleted from the system. - Available Short Term Storage Option are 45, 90, or 180 days; 1, 3, 5 or 7 years.
This is the amount of Long Term Storage Space that the customer would like to purchase and have allocated to them, for messages that will be moved to the Recording Library; where they will not be automatically deleted (stored perpetually) - Each GB of storage holds about 10500 minutes of recordings. - Please enter None or NA if the customer plans to download and store recording in their own environment.
List all the extensions for which the customer would like to have Incoming calls recorded (use comma to separate). - Extensions that are listed will have to be enabled as "Recording Enabled Extensions" in order to have their calls recorded.
All subscribers will have their calls recorded full time.
All subscribers will have on-demand capabilities only
Subscribers may have one of either mandatory or on-demand recording.
