Product Warranty Claim

We run a no-quibble warranty process! As long as we receive all the information about how the product was used, we will issue a replacement, even if it is clearly due to the application or how it was being used.


The most important thing is to find out what went wrong to help ensure better results in the future. (If this is abused with multiple claims, we reserve the right to withhold replacements until someone can visit and see your applications).

PLEASE BE VERY SPECIFIC WITH THE MODEL NUMBER OF THE TOOL. This is necessary so we can look up the specs. DO NOT just put the brand name without further detail or your claim may be refused.

If using an Impact Wrench or Driver, please state which torque setting the gun was on. If using a rotary powertool, please state what RPM it was running at.
