The registration fee does NOT include accommodation.

Please choose the accommodation option of your choice. First Choice Conferences & Events will make your accommodation reservation on your behalf. CLUB MYKONOS is reserved under BLOCK reservation by First Choice Conferences & Events.


Single @ R1705.00 per person single, per night, Bed &
Sharing @ R935.00 per person sharing, per night, Bed & breakfast.

If you have selected the sharing option for accommodation, please confirm the name of the person you would prefer to share with.

Transport will be arranged for early morning departure from Club Mykonos. Breakfast will be enjoyed in the Sandveld, from there one or two farms will be visited. After the farm visit, the bus will leave directly to the airport and should arrive at the airport at 16:00.

A bus will be departing from Cape Town International Airport to Club Mykonos Resort on 25 July and return on 27 July.

Please note that cost of transfers between the Cape Town airport to Club Mykonos and back will be for Potato South Africa's account. Please confirm if you will make use of this service.

Please notify First Choice & Events should you have any special dietary requirements. (e.g. Halaal or Kosher)

Halaal meals @ R35.00 surcharge per meal.
Kosher meals can be ordered in @ R35.00 per meal.

Please note that Halaal and Kosher meals will be for your own account.

1. Cancellations received before 4 July, will be refunded
in full, less a 10% administration fee.

2. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received
after 4 July 2017.

3. All refunds will be made after the Symposium.

4. The Symposium commitee may waiver a cancellation fee.

1. Registration will be confirmed only after the payment
reflects in the Symposium's bank account.
