IE Pre Grad Internship Contract

(1) THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT WISHING TO PARTICIPATE AND ENROLL IN THE IE PRE GRAD MENTORSHIP COURSE/PROGRAM. (2) TO COMPLETE THIS FORM, A STUDENT WILL NEED THE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF A GRADUATE STUDENT AND/OR FACULTY MEMBER WHO IS WILLING TO SERVE AS A MENTOR—SOMEONE IN THE SPECIFIC FIELD OF GRADUATE STUDY THAT WILL BE EXPLORED AS PART OF THIS INTERNSHIP.

This contract must be submitted no later than the 4th class day of the semester in which the internship will be done.

The number of hours you sign up for should reflect the amount of work you will do with your faculty supervisor/grad student mentor. Discuss this with them before you specify below which course you want to enroll in.
