• Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA) obtained from medi Customer Service. There is a maximum 90-day time limit in which to return all merchandise, should medi approve such a return. The following information is required for a return authorization: a. description of merchandise (item number, color, and size); b. reason for return; c. all applicable invoice numbers. • Applicable Fees: The following fees apply to all merchandise returned that is not defective or a result of a shipping error: 20% inspection and restocking charge if the merchandise has not been used and can be readily restocked; 30% inspection and restocking charge on all returns if the merchandise has not been used, but repackaging is necessary. • Prices, discounts and specifications may change without prior notice. • All invoices unpaid after 30 days of invoice date are subject to finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. In the event invoice(s) must be placed in collection or legal action filed, all reasonable costs for collection and attorney fees will be borne by the dealer. If during the first 30 days after purchase the product is considered not acceptable, medi will replace the product at no cost to the patient. • Product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
