Please provide information on the length, format, etc. so we can insure we have the appropriate number of officials for your scrimmage.
NTBOA's initial scrimmage fee is per court at a rate of $100 with a maximum of 3 hours. If the scrimmage exceeds 3 hours, an additional $75 will be charged per court per hour for each hour or partial hour. If the host school schedules the scrimmage to exceed 3 hours, the additional $75 per court per hour shall be paid in advance. The home/host team is responsible for timely payment to NTBOA and payments are REQUIRED to be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of the scrimmage. No payment shall be made to individual officials except that individual officials may be paid for mileage and/or meals if the school desires. NTBOA will assign officials to scrimmages in the order in which payments are received. Please DO NOT input scrimmages into the Arbiter. This will be done by NTBOA. In the event payment is not made before the date of the scrimmage, NTBOA will not be responsible for furnishing officials.
This is the estimated amount you plan to pay based on the number of courts and time allotted for each court. For example, 3 courts at 3 hours per court would $300.00.
