Warranty Request for Manufacturing Defect

Please fill in this form if your product has failed due to a manufacturers defect. If the fault is due to installation please contact the installer to rectify as we are not responsible for the installation. BEFORE YOU START - we will require you to upload photos of the product and proof of purchase, ensure you have these ready to upload. Accepted formats is Jpeg, Tiff, Word doc, Pdf. The minimum we will need; 1.    Photos from left and the right of the general set-up and pipework 2.    Photo of the rainwater tank (if applicable) from 4 to 6 metres away 3.    Close-up photo of the problem/faulty item if it is an external pump 4.    Close-up of the serial number on the top of the motor, if it is an external pump.

Please tell us what is going wrong - if we dont have this info we cannot assist. "Not working" or "Leaking" is inadequate information - we will need more specific info. Have you checked these items: is it cycling due to something else leaking, or incorrect installation, incorrect connection, no water in tank, power problem? If you dont know the answer to these questions - forward the weblink to someone who does. If it has been checked by a plumber or other person, please include their details here.
