MARKET VENDOR APPLICATION
This application is for businesses who would like space at the festival to sell or market products and services. This is not a food/drink vendor application. As a market vendor, food sales are limited to packaged/non perishable items only (for example: hot sauce, olive oil, pre-packaged baked goods). Market vendors may not sell or offer beverages of any kind.

• COI / $1 Million Policy with Salt River Fields & Affordable Food Festivals, LLC named additional insured
• SRPMIC Business License (required only if exchanging money onsite)
For the safety, security, and benefit of our vendors, all participants must abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in our Market Vendor Terms & Conditions (
). Any non‐compliance may result in immediate removal from the festival and further action will be taken, if necessary.

Please note that if paying by Credit Card that your card will not be charged at the time of submitting this application. Salt River Fields will run your card as soon as the information in this application has been verified. You will be contacted by email with your receipt when your payment has processed. If you did not provide an email we will mail you a copy of your receipt to the business address provided.
