This form is to be used by an out-of-area student taking an online course that requires a proctored exam. Note: Students are responsible for any fees incurred by using a testing center other than an Anne Arundel Community College testing center. Students should also be aware of the proctoring site's hours of operation and policies (example, if an appointment is required).
