The City of Detroit generates a standard letter in response to all employment verification requests.
Only the following information will be provided:
- Employee's Name
- Employee's Most Recent Title
- Date(s) of Employment
- Current Salary (if requested)
- NOTE: Verification requests sent on behalf of governmental agencies such as Social Security, Veteran's Affairs and State of Michigan may have longer processing times.
