Any event taking place during non-business hours will assess an automatic overtime fee of $90.00 for the first 1-3 hours and $30.00 for each additional hour. Please specify your needs in the next section. Special arrangements can be made when given at least 48hrs notice.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The following is a list of policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure appropriate and efficient allocation of departmental resources for AV/Media Services of The University of Texas at Tyler as well as to protect both UT Tyler and those receiving services from undo liability and copyright infringement.
By confirming your request for A/V services, you are responsible for having read this agreement and are subject to the entirety of its content.
Terms of Service
All A/V Event Requests are subject to personnel and resource availability. Support is only available for university-sponsored events. Community-sponsored events will be referred to a preferred A/V vendor.
Events must be confirmed no less than 5 business days prior to the event.
A/V Services will provide its own audio and visual equipment unless otherwise indicated. Equipment is the sole property of The University of Texas at Tyler and may only be used for university-sponsored events.
Any event taking place during non-business hours will assess an automatic overtime fee of $90.00 for the first 3-hours and $30.00 for each additional hour.
A/V Services will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, poor audio equipment (if provided outside of A/V Services), inaccessibility to sound or audio boards, etc.
All audio and video recording requests are subject to staff and resource availability. Requests are approved on a first come, first serve basis for university-sponsored events only.

STANDARD VIDEO PROCESS
Once an event has been recorded, the file is edited to broadcast standards and then placed on the university video archive to allow access for faculty, staff, and students as well as preserve the recording for historical reference.
WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
UT Tyler reserves the right to use video and audio recordings obtained from university-sponsored public events for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. For private events, permission will be requested from the event coordinator for public display of material obtained by A/V Services. All video and audio recordings remain the exclusive property of The University of Texas at Tyler.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT
It is illegal to copy or reproduce video or audio recordings produced by A/V Services of The University of Texas at Tyler.
I have read the Terms of Service and by checking the box below, I attest that this property will be used for State purposes only, and I understand that where State property is damaged or lost as a result or an intentional wrongful act or negligent act of any official or employee, that person shall be liable to the State for the loss sustained.
