The information you enter will be used to update your customer records with the correct email address. The email address will be used to transmit statements and other reports by email.

Enter your NCS or SSI Customer number
Enter your business name. This will be used as a double check making sure the right customer is selected.
Servicing Store Location and store #
Check this box if you want the mailed statements to STOP. If checked the customer will only be receiving an emails copy of their statement
Main Email Address
Enter email address, this will be setup within NCS or SSI system to send out statements and other documents by email.
