Conversations With Scientists
Sign up to be a mentor in Conversations with Scientists!
Conversations with Scientists is SACNAS's signature mentoring event. In this 90 minute program, undergraduate and graduate students can meet and speak with mentors in their own fields. Participants are divided into rooms based on discipline, and tables in that room are organized by sub-discipline. Mentors answer specific questions, and also share their own educational and professional stories.
This program will take place on Thursday, October 13th, from 5:00 to 6:30pm.

Are you willing to chair a room?
Conversations with Scientists Chairs give short introductory remarks and make sure participants are well distributed among the tables. The duties of the chair are quite light, so it will not interfere with mentoring.
