Request a recital program for your required recital at least 21 days prior to performance–late submissions will not be supported.

You will receive an electronic proof for review several days before the event.

Printed programs will be delivered outside faculty offices.

The name of your uploaded file must include event name and performance date.for example: JohnSmith_10.31.14.doc. Please, do not use a generic file title, such as "program.doc."


Enter the number of copies.


Please include a short description of the performance for the online calendar at BYUarts.com. This might include program highlights, names of artists (including accompanists), premieres, guest artist bio, what time the performance will conclude, etc.

Programs more than three days late will not receive this service.

TIP: It is better to submit an incomplete program on time than a complete program late. Corrections can be made on the proof.
