No problem...we are happy to accept goods back for credit providing they are as sold and resaleable. When goods are no longer required, please understand a 15% handling charge applies to cover our administration costs. If you wish to report broken goods, please contact your nearest sales office, or email sales@lampsourceirl.com as we'll need to get some additional information from you.
