This form is used to request modifications that will affect the settings of the quizzes, unit exams, and/or final exams in ALL of your courses. A new form must be completed and submitted for each academic year or as needed to request new settings. IMPORTANT NOTE: Each new request overrides the previous or current course settings. Please be thorough and specific when you submit a new request. Submitting this form implies your acknowledgement.

PARTICIPATION Assignment

The Participation assignment triggers course completion when submitted by the student and graded by the teacher. A completed student no longer has access to his/her course. You may lock this assignment for students by requesting a password.
