Abdominal Exam Session Facilitator Sign Up

Thank you for your interest in facilitating an upcoming Abdomen and Endocrine Exam session on December 6th, 2016. The session is from 1-5pm with a faculty development session from 12-1 (lunch included). During this session, you will be working with 2nd year medical students and will be paired with a patient with diabetes or thyroid disease, or with a standardized patient portraying abdominal pain. If interested and available to help out, please complete the following information in the web form below.

Are you a CU SOM Student volunteering for this session as part of a Tutoring in Foundations or Physician as Educator elective requirement?*

(Ie, patient preference (diabetes or thyroid), arrival/departure time concerns, dietary preferences for lunch, etc.)
