New Pastor or Church Staff Contact Registration/Removal/Update

Please fill in this form when a new pastor or other staff is hired at any BCMB member church, when a staff member or pastor no longer works at your church, or when a person's contact info needs to be updated. This will help us keep our records up to date. This information will only be used for the purposes of BCMB, and will never be shared with any third parties.


If you are removing a contact, please put N/A in address, postal code, and phone number boxes, but be sure to fill in the rest of the info so that we are sure to remove the correct individual from the church staff listing.

Please fill in the end of employment date if you are requesting the removal of a contact.


Please let us know a general reason for employment termination (ie. Is the person moving to a different church? Leaving BCMB altogether? Retiring? Has the church terminated their employment?) No need for a lot of details, but it helps us to be on top of licensing and pastor history tracking (when individuals move from church to church, there is no need to create an entirely new contact).


Please list the email address you wish to use to receive communications from the BCMB office.
