Office Hours: FT Faculty, Coordinator, Chairs

INSTRUCTIONS:

REGULAR FACULTY: Please submit your office hours no later than FIRST week of the semester by 12 PM Friday. Regular faculty should submit this form only once.

CHAIRS & COORDINATORS: If you have reassigned time for being as Coordinator or Chair, you must submit a separate office hours form for each reassigned duty.

Please ensure that your office hours are at least 30 mins in length.

Examples of synchronous modes include: Canvas, Skype, Hangouts. Per Article 13.B.7., "All hybrid courses' office hours must be held on campus."
