2017 Conference Services Reservation Application
Welcome to Conference Services in University Housing!
We are excited about hosting your group on campus during the Summer 2017 season. Please carefully read all information below to ensure your group’s stay on campus is seamless.
Conference Housing will be available from May 17 – July 29, 2017. Limited reservations will be accepted from 05/26/2017 – 06/04/2017. Due to academic year needs, no extended stay requests will be accommodated. Reservation applications are due by March 1, 2017. Applications will not be processed without all required information. Building space will not be held without a completed application.
The primary administrator will receive a confirmation once the application has been processed. In early/mid April, the Conference Services Contract and Senior Conference Ambassador information will be sent via email to begin the final planning process.
Group Administrator Information
The group administrator will act as the liaison between the group and Conference Services.

Buildings are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If the desired building is not available, a comparable building will be offered.

Please designate on-campus meals by indicating the number of guests who will eat each meal. 75% of the meals during the group's stay must be in the dining hall or catered by Chartwells.
ON-CAMPUS participants will receive a lanyard at check-in for dining hall admittance.
COMMUTER participants will receive an administrator designated number of meal tickets for dining hall admittance.

Housing's Conference Services offers classroom space in the residence halls. Please let us know what hall you would like to use for classroom space, if at all.
If classroom space is not requested in advance, there is not a guarantee it will be available at the time of the group's stay.

Parking passes needed for participants and staff?
If needed, Conference Administrators will need to fill out the Parking Pass Reservation Form found at
(available 03/01/2017). Forms need to be filled out at least three weeks prior to the check-in date of the conference. Forms received after the deadline will not be processed. Red, Green and Yellow lot passes are $7.04 per day per vehicle. Garage passes are $16 per day per vehicle. Conference Administrators will be required to pay for all requested passes, regardless of use.
