Warranty Terms: 1. Please ensure the item is well packed (use the original packaging where possible). We must stress that we cannot accept liability for damage incurred in transit for machines that are not suciently packed. 2. A photograph of the item may be requested before collection. 3. The Manufacturer will repair free of charge equipment defects which are veriable based on faulty material or workmanship, if the defect is reported to us as soon as it is identied and is within the warranty period of the unit. 4. Minor deviations from the specic condition, which are negligible for the value and the usability of the product, do not activate a warranty obligation. This warranty does not cover: -General wear and tear; -Damages which occur after waiver of liability due to incorrect, careless or excessive handling or usage, including external force; -Damages due to chemical agents (e.g. due to acid); -Damages due to water immersion; -Damages due to wrong input supply voltage or defective supply line; -Damages due to lightning strike, overload or abnormal environmental conditions. 5. This warranty will cease if persons who are not authorized by us to make repairs or alterations, or if the product is furnished with auxiliary or accessory components that are not specied for our product. 6. The warranty service will be carried out at our discretion by either repairing the product free of charge or by replacing it. Replaced parts will become our property. 7. To enforce the warranty you must send the product, including your proof of purchase and a completed claim form to your nearest BIRKDALE dealer, who will send it to manufacturer. A printable copy of the claim form is available from our website. (This isn't applicable if you have been instructed that we will be connecting direct from you). 8. Warranty services do not result in an extension of the warranty term and do not generate a new warranty period. 9. Other contractual or legal benets, as far as they are not settled by this warranty, remain unaected.
