• Housing Command Center meetings are held every weekday. The public may request access on WEDNESDAYS, at 10:00-11:00 AM.
• COVID-19 policy: vaccination and face masks are required.
• No more than four (4) members of the public or the media may attend a Wednesday meeting at a time. This is to ensure sufficient space for all attendees and minimize disruption of operations.
• Waiting List: Attendees will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis, with an ongoing waiting list maintained by the Joint Information Center staff using this form. If, after observing one meeting, an individual wishes to return to observe another meeting, they will be added to the end of the waiting list.
• Observation only: Public and media participation is limited to observation only, there will be no question and answer period and no public comment. Media Q&A will be scheduled separately. Individuals who are disruptive or who fail to follow this rule will be asked to leave and banned from further observation.
• Disruptions include but are not limited to: (1) Verbal outbursts; (2) Physically impeding the movement of HCC members; (3) Holding or placing a sign or banner; (4) Behavior that intentionally disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes attendance or participation.
• No video or audio recording. Recording is disruptive to HCC operations. Individuals who fail to follow this rule will be asked to leave and banned from further observation.
• No photos without express permission. Individuals wishing to take still photos may request photo permission in person, prior to the meeting, by direct request to HCC Communications staff.
• Parking. There are paid lots and street parking nearby, as well as multiple lines of public transit.
