Application for Payment Plan
Your application may not be accepted if you:
- Have an existing payment plan that wasn’t met as agreed, or
- Not provided enough documentations for proof of financial hardship, or
- Have a pending exclusion decison, or
- Have not completed this form correctly.
To apply, you need to submit an application with the following supporting documents:
- Current Identification: your student ID, plus one of either your passport or driver’s license.
- Bank Statement: current official bank account statement (screenshot not accepted) for the past three months immediately prior to your application.
- A personal statement: Up to 300 words in length addressing the eligibility criteria and explaining how you are going to pay your outstanding student fees by the due date.
- Proof of severe hardship: We recommend providing official notification of:
- a reduction of hours or loss of job where possible. This may include a screenshot of correspondence between you and your employer,
- correspondence between you and a real estate agent or landlord regardent rent payment issues,
- overdue bills, and/or
- bank statement showing your reduction in income/current financial situation.
- Please note that any amount that is in your account which is a a result of a scholarship, it cannot be refunded.
