WiSS Mentor Application Form - 2025 Cohort
Mentors will be selected on an individual basis to fit the identified gaps/goals of the mentees selected for this cohort. If you are not selected to work with a mentee in this cohort, your name will be placed on file and you may be contacted to work with a mentee in a future cohort.
Candidates for the 2025 WiSS Mentorship cohort as a mentor must meet the following eligibility criteria:
I. Be a sport leader currently working in the Canadian Sport System, with current or historical work in the HP sport environment.
II. Possess a minimum of +8 years working as a practitioner, practitioner, executive, etc with Olympic and/or Paralympic programs with a NSO, COPSIN institution, or international equivalent at a minimum of FTE 0.5 (We acknowledge that exceptional leaders within our system do not meet these criteria and may be great candidates as mentors for this program. If this is the case, please submit your application with appropriate rationale. Exceptional candidates will be considered.)
