By submitting this form, you are indicating interest in participation of the 2024-2025 Physical Education Advisory Panel. This panel will work to revise the Physical Education Standards and Performance Indicators for approval by the State Board of Education.

Membership on this panel will require participation in approximately four - six meetings and convenings over the 2024-2025 school year.

K-12 educators will need administrator approval prior to submitting your application.
