Application to Serve as Detroit Landlord-Tenant Legal Counsel (DLTLC)

To become listed as a provider of legal services of Detroit’s DLTLC Program, you must be qualified by experience and training. All applicants must (1) provide the information requested below; (2) complete orientation and training facilitated by one of the City of Detroit’s partners*, and (3) abide by DLTLC Program rules for tracking and closing cases, receiving advice from CoD partners, and requesting payment for services rendered. Law firms and non-profit legal service provider organizations are permitted to apply; however, their applications must be supported by identified member-attorneys. Participants will receive compensation on a fee per each case assignment that is fully resolved. Details included upon application receipt.
